We were hunting mattresses and stopped by here and were really happy. They had in-store mattresses of all levels of firmness you could try out to give you a sense of what you preferred, and then the salesman could help us look through their on-line inventory to find the best options in that firmness. Both my husband and I have bad backs, so this was important. The salesman was helpful, the experience painless, and we've been happy. We didn't need to return our mattress so I can't speak to other comments, but our experience was overall good and we would return if we were to need another mattress.
